Shipping Policy
All orders will ship withing 4-6 business days. All orders are package, labeled and sent with the upmost care. Once the package leaves our store we are not liable for damaged that may be incurred in transit. Please contact the shipping company if your items appear damaged in transit.

Standard shipping is 2-9 business days via USPS
Expedited shipping is 2-4 days via USPS
Oversized orders ship UPS Ground
Return Policy
All unused items are eligible for a return within 15 days of delivery.

If there is damage, a defect not resulting from inappropriate use or we made a mistake in any way we will gladly issue a replacement-. Please contact orders@thelumcandleco.com to initiate the return. Please provide the details and pictures of the damage or defect. We will ship your replacement and include a return shipping label for the damaged/defective item. Candles and melts must be used in accordance with all warning labels on them. Never leave a flame unattended. Do not burn near flammable objects or drafty locations. Always place hot wax jars on a level heat-resistant surface. Do not burn candles for more than 4 hours at a time.

For a standard return all products are eligible for a refund within 15 days of delivery with no signs of damage or wear. You are responsible for return shipping. Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of delivery. Please send returns to The Lum Candle Co., 2578 Spaulding Rd, Attica, MI. 48412 Attention: Returns.
A 15% restocking fee will apply.

All refunds will be credited back in the original form of payment within 3 business days of receiving eligible returns.
